Standards of Learning

I know I will get tons of flaks for this, and the term “RACIST” is not far in sight, either. But for those of you who have the ability to look at issues with a realistic/quantative/honest mind, please tell your stories without insulting or falsely accusing anyone. The key here is HONESTY and OBJECTIVENESS.
well, I do see the connection from noticing how many towns/cities that have large amount of illegal immigrants become terribly run-down, seedy, even dangerous. Schools with large number of students from illegal immigrant family where most students not only can’t speak English no matter how long they are taught by “bilingual” teachers, they do very very poorly academically, because, according to some citizens of Hispanic ancestry, these people simply don’t value education as their children’s future.
