Standards of Learning

for the school of their choice?

Would this help increase the standards of education in this country?

It would be cheaper. I know the private school in my town is only $4300 a year while the public school system spend about $11k per student per year.
Would getting the government out of the educational system help improve its quality?

The PRIVATE school right up the road from us is only $4300 a year. The test scores are higher, their graduation rate is higher, and last year 97% of them went on to college.
