Be careful about overpaying for this book! You can get it for WAY less that $100 + – go to the National Association of Elementary Principals website – I found it there for $28!

I bought this book because I thought it would be an easy read for a class. It was one of the greatest books I have read concerning leadership. I truly enjoyed it and will keep it in my library.
